1. Affiliate Referral Model

Demsmax.com operates primarily as an affiliate and associate marketing platform. We curate high-quality products and categories from independent direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands that utilize the Shopify e-commerce platform. When visitors click the product links or primary Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons on Demsmax.com, they are redirected to the corresponding merchant's official storefront to finalize their purchase.

If a transaction is successfully completed on the partner store, the merchant pays a marketing or referral fee to Demsmax. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the purchase value or a fixed commission, which is processed through partner networks or directly with the merchant entity.

2. Consumer Protection & Cost Transparency

Our affiliate relationships introduce **zero additional costs** to you as a shopper. The prices listed on our partner stores are identical to those offered to the general public. In fact, due to our close partnerships, we may occasionally secure exclusive discounts, coupons, or early access for Demsmax visitors, which will be highlighted on the Hub Page.

3. Trust, Curation & Editorial Independence

We do not accept payments to list products that do not meet our selection criteria. Our auditing standards include verifying:

• The merchant's customer service responsiveness.
• Shipping timelines and inventory reliability.
• The security protocols of the merchant's checkout pages (SSL and PCI compliance).

Our curation is editorial. We recommend brands based on quality, reliability, and checkout security, ensuring that our interests remain aligned with your shopping experience.

4. Fulfillment & Customer Service Responsibility

Because you purchase directly from the partner stores, Demsmax does not handle inventory, packaging, shipping, or returns. All inquiries regarding order status, returns, refunds, or exchanges must be addressed directly to the merchant from whom the product was purchased. We encourage you to review the specific return policies and terms of service of each merchant partner storefront before completing your checkout.
